What to expect from the upcoming Google Pixel series ?

Google launched the first Google Pixel in 2016, with an aim of providing a premium android experience tightly integrated with the Google’s Software. Google’s Pixel line of phones is known for their top notch high quality cameras, clean and crisp software and timely software updates. In recent times, Google Pixel phones have gained immense popularity among smartphone enthusiasts. In this blog we will go through the list of upcoming smartphone that are going to be launched by Google with the Google Pixel series this year in 2023.

1. Google Pixel Fold (Felix) :-

Pixel fold has been in the news for a while now since it is the first foldable phone from Google and is expected to be launched this year by the end of third quarter 2023. Google has also set up a date for the annual Google I/O 2023 Conference, where the Google Pixel Fold is expected to get a preview and it’s first ever media coverage. However the specific launch date for the phone has not yet been disclosed by the company.

Features and Specifications:-
The Google Pixel fold will feature a 7.7 inch screen size that would have the inner display resolution of 2208 * 1840. The inner screen itself will also have a 120Hz refresh rate which assures the screen responsiveness to be of top notch quality.

Cameras:-
The Pixel is expected to house a 9.5 MP Camera on the front. Whereas the rear camera will be arranged in a pattern that is similar to pixel 7 pro i.e. 50MP – Main lens, 12MP – Ultra wide lens and 48 MP Telephoto lens.

It is also expected to run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Processor and will come with 8GB of RAM. Pixel Fold will likely run on Android 13 and will mount a 4400 mAH battery.

 Owing to the specs it seems the Pixel fold will come up with a tough competition for its rival the Samsung Galaxy Z fold. So if you’re looking to upgrade your old phone to a new phone, whether it’s a standard mobile phone or a foldable mobile phone, Google has something for everyone.

2. Pixel 7:- 
One of the most anticipated phones from Google is the Pixel 7. Pixel 7 is the flagship phone from Google still costs way more less than its competitors i.e. iPhone 14 pro and Samsung Galaxy S23, still it just has everything you expect from a flagship phone.

The Pixel 7 comes with a 6.3 inch OLED screen (2400*1800) that has a refresh rate of 90Hz. It comes with 8GB RAM and comes with dual storage options 128GB and 256 GB. It has dual cameras 50 MP (f/1.85) and 12MP (f/2.2) (ultra wide).  The Pixel7 houses a 4355 mAH and has a standby time of up to 24 hours. 

It is priced at 56999/- for the 128GB variant and 72999/- for the 256 GB variant as of now

3.Google Pixel 7 XL:

Google Pixel 7XL is expected to launch in India by December 2023. Pixel 7 XL will also be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 875(5nm) processor and will be equipped with Octa-core CPU an Adreno 640 (700 MHz) GPU. Google 7XL will be a successor of the Pixel 7 pro

Like its predecessor, the Google Pixel 7 XL is expected to have a larger display, 6GB RAM and better battery life. The Camera Specifications of Pixel 7XL are still unknown. As we know all of the Google Pixel phones have a feature called Extreme Battery Saver that enhances by 

It is important to note that Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7XL are flagship phones from Google unlike the pixel 6a and pixel 7a. The pixel 6a is expected to be a successor of the pixel 5a that was released way back in 2021. The Pixel 6a is expected to offer many of the features as the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 pro, but at a more affordable price. 

Similarly the Pixel 7a is expected to be a successor of Pixel 6a and is expected to launch in 2024. As of now we can only anticipate what Google has for us with the pixel 6a and pixel 7a series

While these phones are only rumours at this point, they give us a glimpse of what all we can expect from Google in the future. All of these smartphones are expected to offer a seamless user experience and cater to the needs of different types of users.
